The Licensing Agreement Data Provided To Microsoft Is Not Valid 2016

support.microsoft.com/en-sg/help/2849342/can-t-install-rds-cals-by-using-a-web-browser-or-telephone-on-a-window I`m trying to switch from a Windows 2016 RDS licensing server to a new Windows 2019 RDS licensing server – I understand that this is necessary to start using Windows 2019 RDS services (the 2016 licensing server can`t offer 2019 CALs). So I created a brand new Windows 2019 server, installed the RDS license roll on it and successfully activated it. I use “Other” as a type of contract, then our “COMPTE PURCHASING NUMBER” as code I received from the business center site (businessaccount.microsoft.com/Customer/LicensesAndServices/) by filling out the assistant for the installation of licenses, with the error “The data from the license agreement provided to Microsoft is not valid… The last way to install and activate RDS licenses on a Windows 2016 server or Windows 2019 server is to use your phone. To do this, any idea how I can install it? If I provide all my information in activate.microsoft.com it says “The license agreement data that is provided to Microsoft is invalid. Check all the information you provide, make all the necessary corrections, and then send your request again. If the problem persists, contact Microsoft`s customer support by changing the way you connect to the phone. The thing is, I get my MPSA agreement on microsoft signed documents and people on the phone get a mistake trying to do it, and then they want to open a folder and have a tech call for me, etc. 10. On the next screen, check the information you provide and click Next.

11. Finally, copy the license key IDENTIFIANT generated on the remote license website and add it to the “Install Licenses” assistant and click Next to activate the RDS cals. If the activation fails again, continue with the activation of RDS licenses over the phone (Method 3). These three methods are supposed to manage customer access migration from the old license server to the new one. Please remember to mark the answers as answers if they help. If you have any comments on the TechNet subscription support, please contact tnmff@microsoft.com. I also tried to install them by activating web portal activate.microsoft.com/.
