In other words, the total number of eligible students and/or the total number of students receiving emergency assistance of less than 10, but not 0, must be posted by the institution for the total number of eligible students and/or the total number of students receiving emergency grants on public websites controlled by the institution above 10 (“< 10"). The Ministry of Education has defined the conditions under which Rivier University can allocate these funds and stated that the funds could be allocated to expenses related to the "disruption of campus operations." These resources were allocated to each student taking into account the Pell Grant eligibility and the expected family contribution (EFC), as established by FAFSA for the current academic year. Students were divided into three groups after their CFEs and receive a specified amount.
