Puppy Health Guarantee Sales Agreement

Filed under: Uncategorized — ירון @ 1:11 pm

This animal is justified against FATAL GENETIC defects for 3 years from the date of purchase. If it is established that this puppy suffers from a fatal defect considered hereditary (within 3 years of the date of purchase), Parker`s Precious Poms replaces the puppy with an animal of the same value if one of them was provided after deincarctation and written verification of the breed by two independent veterinarians. The breeder is not at any time responsible for veterinary costs. We cannot guarantee that your puppy will never develop health problems, just as a pediatrician cannot guarantee that a child will never develop health problems in the future. Some things are just not able to be predicted. Our parents are free of diseases, disorders and health problems; Otherwise, we wouldn`t raise them. This means that our puppies develop rarer problems. If something happens, you need to inform us so that we can evaluate the parents and other puppies in this litter, to determine the cause of the disease and eliminate the problem from our breeding program. 8. The breeder is in no way responsible for all vet bills, after puppy/dog leaves the care of Rousey Goldens. I recognize that this is a legal and binding contract and I have verified and approved the above conditions. The buyer chooses the name of the puppy.

The buyer also agrees to use the name “Von Rousey Goldens” as a suffix in the dog`s name. (Example of Chase of Rousey Goldens) The buyer will also keep current vaccines, dewormers and puppy/dog in inhumane conditions and provide adequate food, water and shelter. Failure to comply with the aforementioned treaty leads to an “offence” and renders the treaty inoperative. This contract applies only to the original buyer and is NOT transferable. If a deposit has been received by Rousey Goldens, the buyer automatically accepts the terms of that contract, even if the breeder and buyer have not yet signed the contract. The buyer agrees to return the dog to the breeder if the buyer does not want or can no longer keep the dog for any reason. The breeder undertakes either to assist the buyers in the search for another suitable home where the dog will receive proper care or the dog will be handed over at any time without refund to the buyer, as the breeder would take responsibility for the dog and be responsible for future care costs, including veterinary care and training.
