11 From time to time, parties may exchange information about marketing and distribution opportunities through Oracle`s partner management application. Full Agreement You agree that this agreement and the information expressly contained in this Agreement by written reference (including reference to information contained in a referenced URL or directive) and the corresponding order and/or monthly report are the full agreement for the programs and/or services you have ordered and that this agreement replaces all prior or simultaneous agreements or assurances, written or oral, relating to these programs and services.
